Non-Commercial End User License Agreement:
The Ballistic_XLR Workbook and all derivative works available via BallisticXLR.com can be used only for non-commercial, non-government and non-military purposes which are legal. Individuals and non-profit organizations are free to use the Ballistic_XLR spreadsheet as designed and to modify it for their private purposes. BallisticXLR retains the right to copy any modifications made by individuals and non-profit organizations and to include those in future releases of BallisticXLR and any derivative works without compensation to such contributing entity or entities. Users may not under any circumstances sell licensing or support services for Ballistic_XLR or any copy, clone or derivative work nor distribute BallisticXLR without written consent from the Author.
For-Profit entities including but not limited to Companies, Corporations, Partnerships as well as Governmental entities may not use, copy, modify or redistribute The Workbook or any part or parts of it for any commercial, military, official, overt or covert purpose without express written consent from the author.
No warranty or guarantee is offered or implied nor is any statement of suitability for any particular purpose made or to be interpreted as having been made. Any commercial use requires the express written consent of Colin Burns (DBA BALLISTICXLR), payment of licensing fees and adherence to licensing terms described separately from this NCEULA.
The data provided within this work and any actions or events that result from the use, mis-use or non-use of data provided within the Ballistic_XLR workbook are the exclusive responsibility of the user. The authors and contributors and their partners, associates and assignees explicitly disclaim any liability for any actions or damages that occur as a result of the use, mis-use or non-use of the data provided by the Ballistic_XLR Workbook and its derivatives.

DO NOT MAKE INQUIRIES TO TiborasaurusRex, Dean Michealis, Russ Ring, Prof. Arthur Pejsa, Meccastreisand INTENDED TO SUPPORT UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY. ALL AUTHORS AND CONTRIBUTORS TO BallisticXLR WILL REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES AND PERSONS TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.
The purpose of BallisticXLR is to encourage and educate law abiding citizens in the science of long range shooting for lawful sporting and defensive applications only. None of the information presented or contained within the BallisticXLR spreadsheet is classified by any government entity.
Any damage to any computer system, printer, disk, file or network connection or damage to persons, wildlife or property or any other liability resulting from the use of the Ballistic_XLR workbook is solely the responsibility of the user. The authors and contributors disclaim any liability whatsoever for any damages to any electronic, mechanical, virtual, physical, analog or digital system and any persons, wildlife or property resulting from the use, non-use or mis-use of the Ballistic_XLR spreadsheet.
You agree by using Ballistic_XLR that you are an adult over the age of 18 and you acknowledge that firearms and ammunition are potentially dangerous or deadly and that their use or misuse may result in injury, illness, death or damage to property and that said damages are your sole responsibility and that this NCEULA is in effect under California, USA law.
You further acknowledge that shooting at extended range adds to the risk inherent in the shooting sports and that as such there is a greater responsibility conferred to the user to assure safe operation of their weapon system, safe control of your shooting environment, environmental regulation compliance and that you are solely responsible for any damages that result from your use of Ballistic_XLR without regard to whether or not using data provided by Ballistic_XLR workbook was a direct or indirect, identifiable or suspected cause of said damages and regardless of the correctness or incorrectness of the data provided to the user.
You agree by your use of BallisticXLR that you alone bear complete responsibility for all of your actions. You acknowledge that shooting can break things and hurt or kill people and other creatures. You understand and accept that you have sole responsibility for your actions. The end user agrees that they hold harmless the authors and contributors including TiborasaurusRex, Dean Michealis, Russ Ring, Prof. Arthur Pejsa, Meccastreisand and their assignees, agents, partners, employers, employees or businesses. End users agree to forgo any civil court action in any Nation, Territory, State, Province, County, Town, City or any other administrative district or any court of law the authors and contributors of Ballistic_XLR and their agents and assignees for any reason arising from the use, mis-use or non-use of Ballistic_XLR.
